Here is a set of Captain America and Bucky action figures. A guy from Canada was selling these on E-bay so I don't know if they are available in the USA. I would imagine they will be since it is about Captain America.

The Captain America/Bucky 2-pack WERE available here in America! I think it was around 2000 or so, and they were a Toys'R'Us exclusive. ToyBiz had a Christmas related Spider-Man/Mary Jane and a Cyclops/Marvel Girl (in her green dress).
The Cap 2-pack came with a phone book that you could stick in your wallet. That's what's behind Bucky there. :)
