I just heard that the 1988 Ruby/Spears version of Superman is finally coming out on November 3rd of this year. So if you loved this show when you were younger or if you're like me and missed it completely you can now buy it. Start your Christmas now and get this for someone you love.

This was a fun series. Produced at the same time John Bryne re-started Superman in the Comics, this series reflects that. One thing to look for: Model Sheets and set designs were done by Gil Kane. It looked Fantastic.
Another thing I liked about this show was at the end of each episode was a tale of Clark Kent learning about his powers from infancy to adulthood.
Good to see this being released.
