1967 Marvel in house ad

Didn't see too many ads for Dr. Strange or Nick Fury Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. back then. When I saw this I wanted to share it here.

Marvel killed all of their two-feature books (Tales to Astonish, Tales of Suspense, Strange Tales) at about the same time, announcing that each of the features would now headline their own book. This is what we got when Strange Tales split in two. Sort of got the idea even Marvel didn't expect these titles to last long.

Wow, it would've been cool to be around for the launch of those two titles.

On the other hand, it was pretty awesome getting both features in one book back in "Strange Tales" days. So in a way it's too bad they split 'em up.

I think they thought Dr. Strange would last longer then it did and that Nick Fury would only last as long as the spy craze back then would last.
Hey David did you get the Plastic Man DVD's yet?
