Book is like new. It has been read only once. Sorry to have cut off part of Mr. Simon's signature but you can see it was signed by him. However, it was personalized to me where is says Hi Ricky. I hate to sell it but I need the money. Buyer pays for shipping handling and insurance. Last time I sold something online shipping cost me between $6 and $10 with $1 for insurance.
