Tales from the Dollar Bin: Archie's Joke Book #50

The appeal of the long running successful series of the Archie's Joke Book and its companions Jughead's Jokes and Reggie's Wise Guy Jokes has eluded me to this day. They could be entertaining at times but even as a young child I liked more of a plot along with my comedy. Like many things from your childhood even the memory of things you didn't care for seeing an Archie's Joke Book can even bring a smile to my face. I liked Archie Comics back then and my Dad sold old comics that didn't sell well the first time around. The more popular comics like Marvel, DC and the regular Archie books were rare to find in the books Dad got. Mostly he had Charlton and these joke books. So for those of you who are just about the jokes here is an issue of Archie's Joke book from a year before even my time, 1960. Hope you like it.
