Adventures of Superman Promo

Here something you don't see everyday. An old promo for the Adventures of Superman. I recently saw an episode on DVD. It was nice to watch but I had to smile a bit at one scene. Jimmy and a woman were tied up. Superman was standing next to them just when the crooks shot at him. Of course the bullets bounced off. Now as kids my next thought wouldn't have occurred to me but it was "Those bullets could have bounced off him and killed Jimmy adn that lady." Guess the producers didn't think of it either.
