Action Comics #206

I have a Lois Lane special planned for later in the month but I am running this story today because today would be my Dad's Birthday and when I was little he and my Mom would buy me Superman comics. The artist of those stories at that time was Wayne Boring. So in keeping with our romance/wedding theme I and posting the Superman story from this issue. The story actually has a couple of TV connections.It mirrors a very similar story that also took place for Superman on TV in the Adventures of Superman that was on that same year. Also in the story they refer to a character in the comic book as John Carson. I know that Johnny Carson wasn't on the Tonight Show back then but he was hosting game shows and in 1955 had his own show in prime time The Johnny Carson Show. Could they be referring to that Johnny Carson? Who knows but I hope you enjoy this story.
